Happy New Year from my family to yours!
How many years have we made a new year resolution to lose weight, workout, eat better, be more productive at work, spend more time with family. Everything goes great for a week or two, maybe a couple months and we kinda let is just slack off a bit. Then before we know it we are right back in the old pattern. I know I’m guilty of that, the years I make a resolution at least. Someone made the suggestion instead of just making the resolution, why not actually sit down and make the plan. So for me its about actually taking the time and putting in my calendar for the entire year. When am I going to really focus on work (for me its making calls) and block that time in my calendar, for the whole year. Need to go to the gym? What days and what times, for the whole year. I actually sat down and did this with my calendar for the year. Let’s see how it works.
